IMPACTS OF TRAUMA ON ADRENALS, KIDNEYS AND DEHYDRATION

As stated in the previous post, trauma will create tightness in the TMJ (jaw) muscles. This causes the kidneys (organ related to fear) as well as the adrenals to go into stress and jam up. When kidneys are restricted, this creates dehydration in the body, which in turn affects EVERYTHING. When your kidneys aren’t functioning properly, all nutrition is affected as well as the assimilation of essential minerals (leading to deficiency) and the elimination of toxins and heavy metals such as mercury, copper, fluoride, lead etc. Dehydration is inextricably linked with trauma, fight/flight/freeze/survival and TMJ. It is a major cause of pain in the body and is involved in virtually ALL health problems. It doesn't matter how much water you drink or how many hydrating facials you get, if you are in fight/flight/freeze or survival - which the majority of people unknowingly are (unless you have seen a Kinergetics practitioner), your cells won’t properly absorb water and you will be dehydrated!. How to address the above? Kinergetics TMJ/trauma corrections. As the jaw muscles hold the sum of all past traumas, releasing tension from the jaw muscles dramatically reduces any fight/flight/freeze or survival reaction.
