20 WAYS TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION
The Beach boys were definitely on to something when they were singing about "good vibrations". Why does your personal vibration matter and how does it relate to your health and wellbeing? Well, if you are looking to create a more positive and healthy life, then keep reading.
Raising your vibration basically means getting rid of anything that drains your energy or makes you feel low, such as friends, partners, jobs, TV shows, unhealthy habits etc. It’s important to understand that your vibration is the inner frequency that you hold which aligns you with your outer reality.
Understanding how energy works will help you increase the quality of your life. According to quantum physics, everything in the universe is made of energy. If you took science class at school, you probably remember learning that everything is made up of atoms. These atoms/energy are constantly moving, oscillating and vibrating at different speeds (both fast and slow), and depending on the speed of these atoms, things appear as either a solid, liquid, or gas.
Even though you may not have ever thought about it before, WE are energy moving at a very rapid pace, and that energy has a vibrational frequency. Believe it or not, the personal bio-energetic frequency that your cells emit, affects every aspect of your life. Your vibrational frequency is created by the acumulation of your thoughts, emotions and consciousness and is continually being put out into the universe like radio waves. With the law of attraction (like attracts like), this broadcast then attracts similar experiences, people and opportunities, good or bad. A high vibration attracts more uplifting or positive experiences in life. A low vibration repels these and attracts the opposite.
If you are currently experiencing positive or negative life circumstances, the good news is that you, the creator of your life, can actively change your frequency and nagivate your way to a better life experience at any moment. Learning ways to keep your vibe high, will create a more purposeful, loving and happy life. Learning to identify and eliminate anything that is holding you back or keeping you stagnant (such as your thoughts and beliefs), will lighten your energy and take you to the next chapter of your growth.
Here are some more ways to raise your vibration:
